1. Human Resource Staff
Job Description:
- Having ability in understanding government regulations related to employment;
- Managing attendance and overtime data;
- Ensuring document management complies with and compliance standards;
- Maintaining data confidentiality with professional attitude
Requirements :
- Minimum education D3/S1 Bussiness administration, statistics or Accounting
- Understand government regulations related to BPJS Employment, BPJS Health, Income Tax Article 21, and other C&B components.
- Able to manage attendance and overtime data from the system.
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, logical formulas).
- Ensure document management complies with SOPs and compliance.
- Able to maintain data confidentiality and maintain a professional attitude.
2. Environment Sustainability Staff
Job Description:
- Managing sustainability data and reports;
- Ensuring all environmental documentation complies with company standards and regulations; and
- Demonstrating professionalism in maintaining accurate and responsible environmental practices
Requirements:
- Minimum education bachelor of environmental Engineering
- Able to conducting enviromental audit and ensuring corrective action are taken appropriately
- Proficiency in advanced Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, logical formulas).
- Ensure document management complies with SOPs and compliance.
- Able to maintain data confidentiality and maintain a professional attitude.
3. Trading Staff
Job Description:
- To arrange customs clearance administration in bonded zone company
- Verify history of customs documents (Aju number, Item code, Description goods, quantity)
- Reporting and Documentation of costum bond
Requirements:
- Minimum education diploma/bachelor of accouning/management or related
- Able to conducting audit and ensuring corrective action are taken appropriately
- Ensure document management complies with SOPs and compliance.
- Able to maintain data confidentiality and maintain a professional attitude
- Proficient in english
4. Account Receivable Staff
Job Description:
- Manage and monitor customer receivables
- Follow up on overdue payments
- Prepare AR aging reports
- Support internal and external audit processes
Requirements:
- Minimum education diploma/bachelor of accouning/management or related
- Able to conducting audit and ensuring corrective action are taken appropriately

5. Production Planning Staff
Job Description:
- Creating and managing production plans
- Analyzing material requirements and inventory levels
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering
- 1–3 years of experience as a PPIC or Production Planner (fresh graduates are welcome in certain industries).
- Proficient in Excel/Google Sheets and knowledgeable in MRP concepts, inventory control, and production workflow.
- Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills with high attention to detail.
- Able to work with deadlines and adapt to a fast-paced work environment.
