PT TransNusa Aviation Mandiri, biasa disingkat TransNusa, adalah maskapai penerbangan domestik Indonesia yang melayani wilayah timur Indonesia, terutama Nusa Tenggara dan Sulawesi bagian selatan. Basis utamanya adalah Bandara El Tari, Kupang. Diluncurkan pada Agustus 2005 melayani berbagai tujuan dari Kupang, Timor, menggunakan pesawat carteran dari Pelita Air dan Trigana Air Service.
Pada Agustus 2011, TransNusa memasuki tahap baru dengan menerima sendiri Air Operator’s Certificate (AOC) dan izin penerbangan niaga berjadwal.
Seiring pertumbuhan perusahaan yang pesat dan beradaptasi dengan trend di Industri penerbangan maka mulai December 2021 TransNusa beralih konsep Low Cost Carrier (LCC) dan akan menggunakan pesawat bermesin JET Engine sebagai armada utama nya.

1. Airport Ticketing Staff
- Min. A diploma in any field, a degree in air transport, tourism or hospitality is a plus.
- Min. 1-year experience in ticketing and customer service roles (handling international flight is a plus).
- Familiarity with reservation systems.
- Excellent communication skills with a focus on customer service.
- Detail-oriented and able to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
- Proficient in English (both spoken and written).
2. Production, Planning & Control (For Planner)
- Min. Diploma III in Aviation or a related field.
- Min. 3 years of experience in Maintenance Planner with expertise maintenance forecasting and maintenance plan.
- Hold Aviation PPC Certificates (EASA Standard preferred).
- Familiarity with Maintenance Information.
- System (MIS).
- Proficient in maintenance planning software (e.g., AMOS, TRAX, or similar systems).
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Project, and Excel for data analysis and reporting).
- Experience with Computerized Maintenance.
- Management Systems (CMMS).
- Excellent understanding of maintenance procedures and planning cycles, including scheduled maintenance and short-term planning.
- Strong analytical skills for forecasting maintenance requirements and optimizing resources.
3. General Affairs Staff
- Male (required).
- Fluent in English (spoken and written).
- Minimum Diploma/Bachelor’s degree in any major (Administration, Management, or related field preferred).
- Minimum 1-2 years of experience in General Affairs or administrative support roles.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and basic administrative systems.
- Good communication skills and strong interpersonal ability.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Able to multitask and work under pressure with tight deadlines.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive work attitude.
- Able to work independently as well as in a team.
- Willing to handle operational tasks and occasional fieldwork.
- Honest, disciplined, and responsible.
