Sejak tahun 2008 merek Buavita dan Gogo dibeli oleh Unilever Indonesia sehingga Ultrajaya bisa kembali ke bisnis utamanya, yaitu produksi susu.

Perusahaan yang didirikan oleh Ahmad Prawirawidjaja ini, seorang pengusaha Tionghoa yang sudah bermukim di Bandung, sekarang dikomandani oleh generasi kedua, yaitu Sabana Prawirawidjaja, dan siap-siap diteruskan kepada generasi ketiga, Samudera Prawirawidjaja.

Ultrajaya menggunakan sistem komputerisasi yang sudah terintegrasi, yaitu SAP, sejak tahun 2002. Bahkan perusahaan ini merupakan salah satu rujukan implementor SAP yang dinilai cukup sukses di dalam mengadopsi hampir semua modul SAP. Akan tetapi karena berbagai pertimbangan dan bisnis proses yang semakin kompleks, akhirnya pada tahun 2012 mengganti system mereka ke Oracle EBS R.12 yang bisa membuat system terintegrasi dengan Robot ASRS, suatu pencapaian yang sangat membanggakan bagi Ultrajaya. 1. Utility & WWTP Spv

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise daily operations of Utility and WWTP teams including Boiler, Chiller, Compressor, Cooling Tower, RO/Softener, WTP & WWTP.
  • Ensure all utility equipment runs efficiently, safely, and meets production demand.
  • Monitor water quality parameters, wastewater discharge, and ensure compliance with environmental regulations.
  • Conduct routine inspections, preventive maintenance, and corrective actions for all utility systems.
  • Analyze utility performance data to optimize energy usage, water consumption, and operational costs.
  • Lead troubleshooting for mechanical/electrical issues related to utility and WWTP systems.
  • Ensure proper documentation, logs, and reports (daily, weekly, monthly) are completed accurately.
  • Train and develop team members to ensure competency in operating utility and WWTP systems.
  • Implement continuous improvement initiatives and support sustainability programs.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Environmental Engineering, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Utility, Boiler, Chiller, Compressor, Water Treatment Plant (WTP), and Waste Water Treatment Plant (WWTP) operations-preferably in food & beverage or dairy manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of utility systems (boiler, cooling tower, air compressor, ammonia refrigeration, water supply system).
  • Experienced in WWTP processes such as biological treatment, chemical treatment, sludge handling, and environmental compliance.
  • Good understanding of ISO standards (ISO 14001, ISO 45001, ISO 22000) and regulatory requirements related to environmental management.

2. Lab Spv

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and supervise daily laboratory operations including chemical, physical, and microbiological testing.
  • Ensure all raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods meet quality standards before release.
  • Review and validate test results, lab documentation, and COA (Certificate
  • Ensure the calibration, maintenance, and proper functioning of laboratory of Analysis).
  • Monitor hygiene, safety, and GMP implementation inside the laboratory, instruments.
  • Coordinate with Production and QA teams regarding product quality issues, deviations, and corrective actions.
  • Conduct root cause analysis for out-of-spec (OOS) results and support implementation of improvement plans.
  • Train, coach, and evaluate laboratory analysts to ensure competency.
  • Manage lab inventory including reagents, chemicals, and testing materials.
  • Prepare routine quality reports (daily, weekly, monthly) and communicate insights to management.
  • Support audits (internal, external, regulatory) and ensure full compliance with food safety standards.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Microbiology, or related
  • Minimum 3 years of experience working in a QA/QC laboratory, preferably scientific field in dairy, beverage, or FMCG manufacturing.
  • Strong knowledge of microbiological testing, chemical analysis, sensory evaluation, and HACCP/food safety standards.
  • Familiar with laboratory instruments such as microbiology incubators, autoclaves, spectrophotometers, Kjeldahl, Gerber, etc.
  • Understanding of GMP, ISO 17025, ISO 22000, and quality system documentation.
  • Able to prepare laboratory reports, interpret data, and provide recommendations.

3. Injection Blow Molding Technician

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Diploma in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, or related technical field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in Injection Molding, Blow Molding, or PET bottle manufacturing (fresh graduates with strong technical skills may be considered).
  • Strong understanding of injection molding and blow molding machine operations.
  • Able to read and interpret mechanical drawings, machine manuals, and basic electrical schematics.
  • Knowledge of mold setup, parameter setting, troubleshooting, and machine optimization.
  • Familiar with preventive maintenance, corrective maintenance, and basic lubrication systems.

Responsibilities:

  • Operate, monitor, and maintain Injection Blow Molding machines to ensure stable production output.
  • Perform mold setup, changeover, and adjustment based on production schedules.
  • Conduct troubleshooting for mechanical, electrical, pneumatic, and hydraulic issues on the machines.
  • Ensure PET bottle quality meets specifications by adjusting machine parameters when necessary.
  • Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on injection and blow molding equipment.
  • Monitor machine performance, temperature profiles, air pressure, and cycle times to maintain optimal operation.
  • Collaborate with Quality and Production teams to resolve quality deviations or defects.
  • Maintain cleanliness and 5S standards around the machine area.
  • Record daily production reports, machine logs, and downtime analysis.
  • Ensure all operations comply with safety standards and SOPs.
  • Support continuous improvement activities for cycle time reduction, scrap reduction, and productivity enhancement.

4. RM/PM Reception Analyst

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct sampling and quality inspections of Raw Materials (RM) and Packaging Materials (PM) upon arrival.
  • Verify material specifications, COA (Certificate of Analysis), and vendor compliance before releasing materials to warehouse.
  • Perform physical, chemical, and microbiological testing according to quality standards.
  • Identify, record, and report any deviations, defects, or non-conformities in incoming materials.
  • Collaborate with Purchasing, Warehouse, and QA to follow up on rejected materials and supplier issues.
  • Prepare inspection reports, maintain documentation, and update the RM/PM quality database.
  • Ensure materials stored in quarantine or hold status are properly managed
  • Support vendor qualification by providing inspection data and trend and tracked.
  • Ensure laboratory equipment and tools used for RM/PM testing are calibrated and functioning properly.
  • Maintain compliance with GMP, hygiene, and safety standards in the receiving and laboratory area.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor degree in Food Technology, Chemistry, Industrial Engineering, or related field
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience in QA/QC or material inspection, preferably in dairy, beverage, or FMCG manufacturing (fresh graduates with strong analytical skills may be considered).
  • Strong understanding of raw materials (milk, ingredients, additives) and packaging materials (PET, caps, film, cartons, labels, etc.).
  • Knowledge of sampling techniques, incoming inspection procedures, and material quality standards.
  • Able to operate laboratory equipment for basic chemical, physical, and microbiological tests.
  • Familiar with GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, and quality documentation systems.

5. Media Micro Handling & Decontamination

Responsibilities:

  • Prepare microbiological media (liquid and solid) according to standardized formulations and laboratory requirements.
  • Perform accurate weighing, mixing, sterilization, and storage of media in accordance with SOPs.
  • Operate autoclaves for media sterilization, equipment sterilization, and decontamination of microbiological waste.
  • Ensure all media are properly labeled, stored, and distributed to microbiology analysts on schedule.
  • Maintain cleanliness of media preparation room, sterilization area, and incubation area.
  • Handle microbiological waste, including collection, neutralization, and safe disposal following hygiene and biosafety guidelines.
  • Monitor and document sterilization parameters (time, pressure, temperature) for every batch.
  • Clean and decontaminate reusable laboratory materials such as petri dishes, pipettes, glassware, and sampling tools.
  • Ensure all equipment (autoclave, water bath, pH meter, etc.) is functioning properly and report abnormalities.
  • Maintain stock levels of chemicals, reagents, and media components; notify supervisor for replenishment.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor or Diploma degree in Microbiology, Food Technology, Biology, Chemistry, or related scientific field.
  • Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in a microbiology laboratory (fresh graduates with strong lab skills may be considered).
  • Strong understanding of microbiological media preparation, aseptic techniques, and sterilization processes.
  • Familiar with autoclave operation, incubators, biosafety cabinet, and decontamination procedures.
  • Knowledge of GMP, GLP, ISO 22000, hygiene 8 sanitation, and basic laboratory safety standards.
  • Detail-oriented with high accuracy in weighing, preparing, labeling, and documenting media.
