Explore Worldwide has partnered with NSW Triathlon as its Official Adventure Travel Partner for the 2026-2027 season.
The tour operator will feature across NSW Triathlon’s calendar of triathlon and running events throughout the season.
As part of the partnership, Explore Worldwide takes naming rights to the events Explore Worldwide Run Forster, Explore Worldwide Red Line Games and Explore Worldwide Western Sydney Lakes.
The partnership reflects the natural connection between active lifestyles and adventure travel, with both communities sharing a passion for challenge, discovery and experiencing the world.
The brand will also receive Official Adventure Travel Partner recognition at major event weekends across NSW including Husky Running Festival and Husky Triathlon, Port Stephens Triathlon and Run Port Stephens, Callala Triathlon, Big Husky, Wollongong Triathlon and Grand Pacific Marathon, and Hawks Nest Triathlon
The partnership will come to life through Explore Worldwide branding and activations at selected events, including a ‘Recovery to Discovery’ activation zone and a ‘Choose Your Adventure Explore Passport’, alongside opportunities for participants to engage directly with the brand.
“There is such a natural alignment between the Explore and triathlon communities,” Explore Worldwide regional director of AUNZ Ben Ittensohn said. “Triathletes are curious, adventurous and driven by a desire to challenge themselves, discover new places and experience what’s possible.”
Beyond the NSW event calendar, Explore Worldwide, NSW Triathlon and event delivery partner Elite Energy will explore opportunities to create travel experiences linked to international triathlon and running events, including opportunities for Australian athletes competing overseas.
